Payment
The full rental amount is charged when you book, by card or PromptPay via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed the moment payment succeeds.
Security deposit
Each house requires a refundable security deposit, placed as a hold on a credit or debit card 1–2 days before check-in. The hold is released automatically within a few days after checkout if there is no damage. If you don't have a card, the deposit can be paid in cash at check-in and refunded at checkout.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in (full refund). Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are refunded 50%. No-shows and cancellations on the check-in day are non-refundable. To cancel, contact us with your booking reference.
House rules
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. No parties without prior agreement. Please treat the house as your own — deductions from the deposit are itemized with photos.
